Student Support, Internships, and Co-ops

Currently, there are mainly three research projects supporting the graduate students in the investigators’ laboratory. The sponsors of these projects are the National Science Foundation (Grant NO. 1028348), Regal Beloit Manufacturing Corporation, and a national consortium led by the University of Minnesota and funded by the U. S. Department of Energy. There are also two graduate students partially supported by The Greater Milwaukee Foundation’s Frank Rogers Bacon Research Assistantships at Marquette University. Moreover, two internships have been provided by Rockwell Automation in Mequon, Wisconsin, and one provided by Eaton Corporation Inc. which has strengthened the collaboration and communication between Marquette University and local companies in these research activities.
