• Introduction

Tactful Functional Imaging Research Environment (TFIRE) is a software suite developed by Benjamin Kalinosky for processing, analyzing, and visualizing magnetic resonance image data. It is designed to process structural, diffusion, and functional MRI datasets and supports DICOM, NIfTI, Analyze, and AFNI Brik file types. TFIRE’s processing features currently include but are not limited to automated image registration of T1-weighted and diffusion MRI, streamlined DTI tractography, voxel-based and region-based structural connectivity analyses, BOLD fMRI functional connectivity analyses, and automated stroke brain registration (T1-weighted images). If you are interested in using the software, please contact Benjamin Kalinosky at benjamin.kalinosky@marquette.edu.
