Professional Development and Mentorship Programs

At present, there are five Ph.D. students and five M.S. students under the supervision of Prof. Nabeel Demerdash and Prof. Edwin Yaz. The mentorship programs include optimal design and computationally efficient modeling of electric machines, fault diagnostics and fault-tolerant design of electric machines and drives, and design of advanced control strategies for wind turbine generation systems.
